Need help with your learning journey or found something that does not look right? Please open a support request and include the app version, your iPhone model, and a short description of what happened.

Progress and backups

Your progress is stored on your device. To save a copy, open Bisaya, choose Settings, then Export progress. Store the JSON file somewhere you control.

Before reporting a problem

• Close and reopen the app.
• Confirm that iOS is up to date.
• Include the exact screen and action where the issue appeared.

Bisaya has no account, advertising, analytics, or tracking. Read the full privacy policy.
