Bisaya is designed to work without an account and without collecting personal data.

Data collection

Bisaya does not collect, transmit, sell, rent, or share personal information, learning activity, device identifiers, precise location, contacts, photos, or advertising data. The app does not contain advertising, analytics, or third-party tracking.

Information stored on your device

Your vocabulary progress, review schedule, journey progress, daily goal history, and preferences are stored locally on your device. This information is used only to provide the app’s learning features.

Progress exports

You may choose to export a JSON copy of your learning progress from Settings. The file is created locally and is shared only with the destination you select through your device’s system share sheet. Bisaya does not receive a copy.

Notifications

If you allow reminders, notification scheduling is handled locally by your device. Bisaya does not operate a notification server and does not receive notification identifiers.

Children

Because Bisaya does not collect personal data, it does not knowingly collect personal information from children.

Changes

If the app’s data practices change, this policy and the App Store privacy disclosure will be updated before the change is released.
